10	Employee qualifications – certificates; licenses etc.	Relevant documentation	As relevant for the services that the contractor provides Client Includes trade qualifications and professional qualifications (for consultants, engineers etc.) Includes training for high hazard activities – e.g. demolition license; asbestos work; working in confined spaces etc. Includes licenses such as security industry license; firearm license; heavy vehicle drivers license; police checks for working with children, home care etc. Automatic email alerts to contractors
11	Contractor Services	No documentation requested	The type (s) of services that the contractor provides Client from a comprehensive list of services in BNG Conserve. This information will be used to gather all company licenses and registrations as well as employee qualifications Allows clients to search for contractors by service.
12	Client sites	No documentation requested	Specific Client sites where services are provided by the contractor. This is for information only.
13	OHSMS Self Evaluation	Self evaluation results recorded in BNG Conserve	High / medium risk contractors complete this self evaluation using the Audit Tool (AS4801 compliant) in BNG Conserve.
